FAQ
Do I need to mount or solder anything when purchasing this keyboard?
No. If you buy the version with Switches and Keycaps and in the assembly option, you choose to have it assembled by us, the keyboard will arrive fully assembled and ready to use.
Otherwise, you will have to do the assembly yourself at home.
How can I customize the keyboard weight?
In the Weight Customization section, you will have to upload a file with the design you want us to engrave on it. If this is not possible due to the complexity of the model, we will contact you to make a revision.
If you don't have any design but you want us to make one for you, check the box I want a design and send us an email to sales@denshielectronic.com to make a custom design.
When is Eilen Shipping
The assembly time for orders is usually 3-7 working days. In the case that a custom engraving of the weight of the keyboard is requested, it could take about 3 days more.
Shipments to all the Spanish Peninsula is 24-48h and the rest of Europe between 5-7 days.
Is there an ANSI Layout option?
No, at the moment we only have available the ISO Layout, although it is compatible with most of the 60% PCBs in the market.
Does it include a cable to connect it when I get it?
Yes, it includes a custom 1m cable that you can use with the keyboard.
How many years of warranty does the keyboard have?
With the purchase of the keyboard, you will have 3 years of warranty, attaching the purchase invoice at the time of processing.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects.
